Longwood Gardens

Earlier this month we took Riley to Longwood Gardens (in PA) for her first time. We met my parents there and enjoyed a really fun morning and afternoon! We saw beautiful flowers, plants and fountains. They have a new play area for kids and Riley had a blast splashing in the water and running all around. It was a great day!

kiddie pool

On Memorial Day this year we decided to bring out the kiddie pool for Riley.

It was the perfect, hot, day to do it.

She had so much fun!

Then Daddy got out the hose to spray Riley!

We've been enjoying this little pool ever since!

ice cream and mothers

In celebration of Mother's Day last week we got together with my parents. We had beautiful weather and a really fun day! We gave Riley her first ice cream cone (inspired by seeing my nephew in a video eating his first ice cream cone!) Riley, of course, loved it. We were highly entertained watching her. :) She ate it all, down to the last bite of her cone. I was impressed! (Though, I shouldn't have been...she is like her Momma when it comes to dessert.)
