a pre-christmas

Today the kids and I enjoyed a pre-Christmas!

We were sent gifts from Aaron's side of the family.

Normally, we'd wait until Christmas to open everything...

but this year we are going to be in MD celebrating Christmas with my parents.

I didn't want to take more gifts there than I had to ;)

We loved everything, family...thank you, thank you!

I didn't get a lot of pictures but here are some that I took today.

The other day I put Owen in the Bumbo seat for the first time...

I had Emillie and Hannah this past Saturday.

 

They opened some Christmas gifts from the family.

 

We hung out inside since it was a cold snowy day here!

 

We played...watched a Christmas movie...talked with Aaron on Skype...

They loved everything and we had a nice day together.

Owen - 3 months

Last week Owen turned 3 months old!

Owen, you can roll over from belly to back
you "talk" quite a bit
smile at us and occasionally let out a fun squeal/laugh
you love your big sis
you love splashing your chubby little legs in the bath water - it's so cute to watch
you like to be held, you're a great snuggler
you have a tight grip - you definitely grasp toys now and are showing more interest in them
you are so strong already
and you are sleeping longer at night - which Mommy definitely approves of!  ;)
